The New York City office will serve as BLAST\u2019s North American headquarters, enabling the company to coordinate its operations across the continent better. It will function as a strategic hub for delivering more tier-one esports events, building partnerships with U.S.-based brands, and collaborating with local content creators to develop original content and live appearances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BLAST has confirmed that it will host five major events in North America in 2025, with highlights including the BLAST.tv Austin Major in Texas, a Counter-Strike 2 Major, and the Fortnite Champion Series Pro-Am in Los Angeles. Additionally, the Rocket League Championship Series Raleigh Major will contribute to a busy schedule that positions the U.S. as the global leader in tier-one esports arena events this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leo Matlock, BLAST\u2019s Chief Business Officer, will relocate from Copenhagen to lead the New York office. This North American expansion comes on the heels of another major international move for BLAST: the opening of an office in Mumbai, India, through a partnership with Reliance-backed sports and entertainment company RISE.
