Rainbow Six Esports partners with Xbox Game Pass for the 2025 season, delivering exclusive in-game perks, live activations, and global tournaments starting with the RE:L0:AD event in Rio de Janeiro.
The 2025 Rainbow Six Esports season is off to a thrilling start with the announcement of a major partnership between Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six Esports circuit and Xbox Game Pass. Operated by tournament organizer BLAST, the circuit will collaborate with Microsoft’s gaming subscription service to deliver exclusive in-game content, immersive fan experiences, and high-profile esports events throughout the year.
The collaboration officially began with the RE:L0:AD tournament, held from May 10 to 18, 2025, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This event marks not only the season opener but also the competitive debut of Rainbow Six Siege X, the latest evolution of the tactical shooter. All 20 R6 Share program organizations are participating in this high-stakes tournament, featuring elite global talent, including four UK players: CTZN and Nafe from DarkZero, Doki from G2 Esports, and Yuzus from Team Falcons.
A major highlight of the partnership is the introduction of exclusive in-game benefits for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, starting in June 2025. Ubisoft confirmed that these rewards for Rainbow Six Siege X will change throughout the year to align with major esports milestones, keeping the content fresh and seasonally relevant.
Additionally, Game Pass will be present at major BLAST R6 events, including the November Major and the Six Invitational 2026. Fans attending these events can expect on-site play areas, community activities, and meet-and-greets with top Rainbow Six content creators. Ubisoft teased more announcements and surprise activities throughout the year.

A Ubisoft spokesperson said, “Fans attending BLAST R6 events can expect special on-site play areas and engaging community activities hosted by Ubisoft and Xbox Game Pass. Additionally, meet-and-greets and giveaways with popular Rainbow Six Siege creators will be featured throughout the season.”
This partnership comes at a time when Rainbow Six Esports is experiencing significant momentum. The 2025 season follows a record-breaking Six Invitational in February, which drew a peak audience of 379,376 viewers, according to Esports Charts. With the growing global fanbase, the circuit is expanding its reach and competitive offerings.
Organizations like Team Falcons and Weibo Gaming have recently joined the competition, signaling increasing interest from international esports giants. These teams are also preparing to compete in the upcoming Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where Rainbow Six Siege X will be one of the featured titles.
With its growing popularity, fresh content, and top-tier partnerships, 2025 is shaping up to be a milestone year for Rainbow Six Esports. The integration of Xbox Game Pass not only enhances the fan experience but also signals a strong commitment to expanding the game’s competitive ecosystem globally.
