Ubisoft unveils a dedicated Rainbow Six Siege competition hub for Tier 2 and 3 esports, covering Europe, Americas, Asia, and Oceania. Discover what it means for the community and what’s next in the competitive path.
Ubisoft has taken a major step in strengthening the competitive Rainbow Six Siege ecosystem with the launch of a brand-new Competition Hub, designed specifically to support the Tier 2 and Tier 3 esports scenes. This centralized platform aims to simplify tournament participation, provide accessible information, and enhance visibility across all secondary regional competitions.
The newly released hub spans Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Oceania, and initially includes all Tier 2 competitions. Players can register for upcoming tournaments, review circuit overviews, track schedules, and explore prize pool breakdowns; all from one convenient location. The launch is part of Ubisoft’s ongoing strategy to develop the competitive path for aspiring pro players and create a more unified esports ecosystem.
While Tier 2 is already fully integrated into the hub, Ubisoft confirmed that Tier 3 integration is still in development, with more details promised in the near future. The publisher emphasized that this move is only the beginning of a larger plan to expand and support the Rainbow Six competitive scene. In the official announcement, Ubisoft noted: “We will continue to build out this new home for the Siege competitive path.”

The hub also reflects updates revealed earlier this year in the 2025/26 Tier 2 roadmap. One major change is the new points system, allowing teams to earn circuit points through all partnered secondary tournaments. This opens more opportunities for progression into higher-tier play and adds value to regional events. Another key development is the inclusion of teams from the Middle East and North America, now eligible to participate in the Tier 2 ecosystem. These changes underline Ubisoft’s commitment to global expansion and inclusivity in its esports structure.
Looking ahead, Rainbow Six Siege fans and players are now turning their attention to the upcoming Esports World Cup, taking place August 5th–9th, 2025. As part of this multi-title international event, Rainbow Six will feature a standalone tournament with a massive $2 million prize pool; one of the largest prize offerings of the current esports season.
After the Esports World Cup, the next significant competition on the Ubisoft-operated calendar is the BLAST R6 Major Munich 2025, scheduled for November 8th–16th. This event not only offers top-tier international competition but also serves as a key qualifier for the prestigious Six Invitational 2026, set to occur next February.
With the launch of the competition hub and a packed competitive schedule ahead, Ubisoft is clearly investing in the long-term health and accessibility of Rainbow Six Siege esports. The initiative is expected to provide a stronger pipeline for emerging talent, improve organizational visibility, and deepen community engagement across all competitive levels.
