We cannot guarantee coverage of every pitch, but we read everything that arrives in the inbox.

 Response time

 What we can’t help with

We are an editorial publication and tournament platform, not a customer-service desk for third-party games. We cannot: – recover lost game accounts, refund purchases, or unlock bans on third-party platforms (Steam, PSN, Xbox Live, Epic, etc.); – intervene with publishers or developers on individual support tickets; – provide official patch notes, release dates, or roadmap confirmations for games we do not make.
